I was unable to talk to the mechanic but my oldest son spent the time with him. “I have utilized DR Collision twice in the last several years. In both cases I received outstanding customer service along with excellent work. The first time I brought my car to them, a few years ago, they voluntarily and free of charge, made some quick and minor repairs to make my car drivable while I was waiting for my estimate to be approved. Recently when I brought my car in for an estimate, Daniel, the GM was waiting for me in the parking lot to get the info for an estimate. I was out of there in less than fifteen minutes. On a Thursday afternoon, after leaving my car off, Daniel called me and told me the car would be ready around noon the next day. I told him that I would have to wait until Monday to pick it up because I needed to leave to go out of town by 8 am on Friday. Then, he told me he would put extra people on the job so I could pick it up by 7:30. Around 7:00 he called to tell me it was ready. When I arrived, there was my car - clean repaired and looking like new! Daniel and the whole team are amazing!”
