“You are welcomed as soon as you walk in and really enjoyed the clean facility. They were very calm and listened as I explained the issues I was having with my car. They said no problem, we'll get it checked out and then they even were willing to give me a ride home while my car was getting diagnosed. They called me within an hour to hour and a half and were completely honest with the issue which was way off from what I thought it was, the solution was the two 2 front tires replaced, they gave me a reasonable price, I asked if we could just replace all 4, said no problem and got my car back an hour earlier than expected..all in the same day. Appreciated them picking me back up. They went above and beyond, I have my found my shop since I'm new here in San Antonio. Thank you!”

“I took my 2002 Lexus to United Collision to have the Power Steering Hose replaced. The service was exceptional as far as communicating with me throughout the process. They guided me when I wanted to get my own parts and their prices were quite reasonable. They took care of my car and I would definitely recommend them as well as utilize their services again and the turn around time was quick and satisfactory. Because I was satisfied with the job they dod on my Lexus, I took my Ford F150 to them a couple days later to repair a dent in my tailgate. After the work was done the truck was a good as new.
