“Unfortunately if you are late more than 30 min you may have to reschedule your appointment. They don't have a will call system. Not good. Good part is they got me right in and empty fast. Personnel are friendly more than the McAllen HEB and they have a stage area the size of a truck stop open at 6am no overnight.”

“I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like Michael deserves one. My car was having serious issues and I needed it fixed immediately! I chose Dog Pound Automotive because it is close to where I live and had great reviews. Michael was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind when it came to fixing my baby. I knew he wasn’t trying to scam me. That says a lot because I don’t know much about cars, so I wanted someone trustworthy. I was able to get my car in by 12:30 and I had her back by 4. Now she drives just like the day I got her. The prices were affordable too! He is my go to for now on! I recommend anyone to drop by his shop if they’re having issues!!”
