“I went through the drive-through in a rush needing to get home quickly for an online class I needed to be live on video for. Unfortunately, my grilled chicken sandwich was taking longer than expected and the staff asked me if I would pull forward to wait for my order. When I told them I had to be live in 12 minutes, they responded quickly suggesting a replacement sandwich. I agreed and they got my meal out to me in the next two minutes - along with a pie. It might not have helped my "diet" but it warmed my heart. Thanks for caring about my situation and giving great customer service. You acted quickly, professionally, and with kindness.
