“Started my fitness journey and the end of January 2019. I had taken a class or two for fun with friends for Bachelorette parties, and had always wanted to learn more. I took my first class and I was hooked! My instructor was kind, encouraging, and everyone at the studio was so welcoming. Pole is definitely more challenging than it looks, and it will take a lot of determination and hard work to achieve your goals. They offer a variety of classes to show you how versatile pole can actually be. You can go there for the workout, to learn technique, or to learn choreography. I encourage people who are interested to just give it a try - and take more than one class before you decide if it is not for you.”

“I've been to Sarah's Level 1 pilates class twice now this month, and I've loved them both! I signed up for the 10 class pack, even though I live over on the NE side and work down in Alamo Heights... Even though the 281 traffic and construction is annoying and ridiculous.... Even though I own two business and have what feels like no spare time: Whatever! I'm going way out of my way to find time to make it to her classes. Sarah's great, her space has all the rad equipment (and cute socks!) and I can tell she's going to keep it real with us. Worth it!”

“I joined CrossFit925 in December 2018. I have lost 25 pounds and close to 5 percent body fat. I came on board with some previous issues with injuries to my body and the coaches have done a fantastic job of addressing those issues. I love to hunt out west in the mountains and I need to have strength, mobility, stamina flexibility, etc. to be able to enjoy my hunts. CrossFit925 has kept me motivated and healthy in regards to fulfilling my bucket list in the mountains. They have been more than willing to make adaptions in areas when needed of which has allowed me to move forward injury free. My wife and kids have noticed the change in my overall health as well of which helps motivate them to promote better health in our family decisions related to physical fitness.
