“Looking for a new place, I came across this amazing and beautiful complex. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mrs. Cruz and her staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Houston was happy to give me a tour of the property and provided me with information and answered any questions I had about the property. Living in my current complex where parking has been an issue, I was pleased to know there is plenty of parking for residents. I also liked how well kept and up to date the amenities were, especially the pool and gym. I can’t wait to move in come March!”

“By far the best apartment complex. I have lived here for 4 & 1/2 years. All of my maintenance requests were resolved that same day. Easy online payment with an app! Apartment manager Shannon is the absolute best, she always made time for me when I had questions. She is the best! They have changed owners at lease 2-3 times and she’s still there. The company that owns them now is so much better. They have renovated the office, gym and pool, to include apartment units. The complex itself has mostly families, no commotion. The pool is never crowded on Sundays, I don’t know why because it is so nice. I definitely recommend living here.”
