“All expectations met, some exceeded. Frederick visited our home for an estimate on a patio cover. His presentation was solid and the price reasonable. He set the expectation in the beginning as to how the process would go and what timeline we may be looking at. Due to the dimensions of our cover, the piece was a custom order and required an additional week to fabricate at the factory. Jamie did a wonderful job of communicating with us throughout the process. We also shopped for a hot tub at their location. Dale was very knowledgeable and did well juggling multiple folks looking at their selection of hot tubs. He was patient with us as we tried one after another before finding THE tub for us. Overall, I had to make one follow up call to get something done, and it was done as promised and in time. In a world over saturated with lip service and bad service, it’s comforting to spend our money with folks who under promise and over deliver.”

Clean, super friendly, hard working staff, and I know they have store hours but sometimes they’ll stay open a little later to get rid of the days donuts and I personally think that’s amazing. They’re not reusing food from the day before. It’s all fresh and they want you to have it the day it’s made! Totally worth the trip even after google says they’re closed haha.”
