“Firstly, thank you so so much Ms. Tanya L, T-Mobile is lucky to have you. I came to this store almost a year ago to purchase a phone/add a line. The young lady that helped me went above and beyond to make sure I got something my girlfriend would love and be happy with ( I was clueless ). Luckily she also made sure I was protected and insured which helped out so much when that phone was stolen just a month later. When I came back to unfortunately get another phone , she was there for me and made the horrible situation so easy, not only was she personable and sympathetic I was actually able to walk away feeling even better about everything. But her impeccable customer service and outstanding knowledge of all that is T-Mobile knows no bounds cause she just saved my Christmas!! She went out of her way to make sure I was able to purchase and have my Apple Watch in time for Christmas. I have never had such a consistent amazing experience in retail.
