“My dear friend had encountered several ok to sub par San Antonio hospices before finding Guiding Light, we met with Dan who sold me with his honesty and didnt over promise or set expectations they may not keep as many do! My freind is not the easiest to care for and finally needed a placment out of the home. They helped us to find a place unfortunatly this small family care home was determined unsafe within weeks of her arrival there, being short staffed and unregulated, and urgent replacement was needed. They pulled together as a team and in my 30 years as a previous hospice director they truly impressed me and her son -they found a safe place for her in under 24hrs. I would highly recommend the coordination and care shown by this hospice to others seeking a safe place for a family member to spend their remainder of their time on earth with. “Great place to work out, people are very friendly, place is clean, workouts are appropriately challenging. I love not having to figure everything out, the exercises and how to do them without hurting myself are all given to me so I can focus on what I want - getting FIT! Program is designed to take 45min to 1 hour per visit, and they encourage you to come at least twice per week - or 12 times per month as you really get going. I've only been doing it a short time and already it's become my favorite workout experience. If you want to go deep, you can really dive into your online stats. They track your health and provide fitness and eating tips such that there's no reason not to feel informed. You can check out your next exercises ahead of time online to save time learning them at the gym too.”

“My good friend is a resident of Seasons Care and Assisted Living, and I would like the San Antonio community to know what a supportive staff and facility this place is. Whenever I drop in to visit, she is surrounded by people who keep her engaged in activities and conversation. Sometimes we go to her room to have quiet conversation and lunch, and even then the staff checks in regularly to see if we need anything. The staff also makes an effort to lift her spirits by seeing that she wears the bright colors she loves and by keeping pretty flowers in her hair. Extra touches like these truly make a difference for the resident and their family and friends. Whenever I leave, I feel she is in capable and caring hands.”

I found Dr Garza had great reviews on Google so I gave them a try and now understand why his office has been so well rated. The entire process was painless, I could have napped to be honest. There were a few customers there at the time I went in and everyone knew everyone's name.. Clearly they've been going here for years and it's easy to see why. “I'm actually only rating the Softball fields and the park across the street from them. The fields are well lit. The grass is well kept. Facilities are clean. I haven't used the concessions yet, but it looks like they have good options. The park across the road has an epic playground for the kids. Overall good parking. I haven't ever had a problem finding a spot.”
