“I really can’t recommend Encompass enough, they are true professionals that will guide you through a difficult time, and make sure your family member is given a comfortable and peaceful transition. Our father was passing due to stage 4 liver cancer and we originally went with a different hospice provider ( a big name provider) and it was a mess from step 1 to the third day when we finally decided to replace them with encompass. Having the experience of dealing with both, only Encompass really understood the primary objective of offering a peaceful and comfortable experience for the patient, which is essential but they also realize that high level of communication is critical to ensure the family members are also in the most relaxed and comfortable position that they can be in while dealing with a sad and stressful time. Our rep Denise Fernandez was a savior, She called to connect us with a patient advocate since we were seeking additional assistance just to find out we had chosen a different company and were having a very difficult time since oxygen was delivered with no guidance over 6 hours and our father was Asking for it. She proceeded to guide us through face time and then proceeded to wish us well. After another misstep with Christus we decided that was it and went with Encompass. I really can’t recommend them enough, True professionals that will guide you through a difficult time, and make sure your family member is given a comfortable and peaceful transition.”

“Great place to work out, people are very friendly, place is clean, workouts are appropriately challenging. I love not having to figure everything out, the exercises and how to do them without hurting myself are all given to me so I can focus on what I want - getting FIT! Program is designed to take 45min to 1 hour per visit, and they encourage you to come at least twice per week - or 12 times per month as you really get going. I've only been doing it a short time and already it's become my favorite workout experience. If you want to go deep, you can really dive into your online stats. They track your health and provide fitness and eating tips such that there's no reason not to feel informed. You can check out your next exercises ahead of time online to save time learning them at the gym too.”
