They followed up the next day with a suggestion for my special delivery !! I’m very happy with this office and you should try them. “I took my daughter last minute while we were out having lunch for her Birthday. We did not have an appointment but even though they were booked up for the day, they managed to squeeze us in with no wait. I hate going to the eye doctor as I usually have a negative experience with impatient staff and one even loudly scolded my daughter because she couldn’t decide which looked number looked clearer. Today’s vision was amazing. Every staff member treated us like a guest and Dr. Swift was so patient and kind with my daughter. My daughter is an eyelash puller and is very self conscious about it. Dr. Swift was super kind and reassuring that it’s ok and she sees people like her a lot. I don’t think Dr. Swift realized it, but that small comment was such a blessing for not only my daughter, but for me as I worry about my child and her getting picked on. The frame selection was great and my daughter fell in love with the first pair she tried on. They were ready in less than an hour! Absolutely recommend this place!”

Everything was thoroughly explained to me and all my questions were answered about my condition. I didn’t feel rushed and even the dentist spent a great deal of time going over my x-ray results and what the next step would be. I was able to schedule for my procedure right away. “This clinic has only been open 2 months. I went here for the first time for a sinus infection. I was a walk-in but you can fill out the paperwork online before you arrive. If there are a lot of people in front of you, you can wait at home and they will call you. Marina gave me 2 sheets to fill out and that was it! I was there only a few minutes when Tina called my name. She took my vitals and asked a few questions about my current illness. She left and a few minutes later the nurse Practitioner Diana came in. She quickly diagnosed me and gave me several options for my treatment. She wrote the prescriptions and sent them to my pharmacy. All 3 woman were friendly, competent and caring. They worked well together to make my visit quick and comfortable. I will definitely return when I have another minor illness.”

“Since this location opened, we switched from Live Oak. We LOVE it here. The staff up front is always very helpful and kind. Don't get me started on the nurses; Kaylee is the BEST! my babies never stress here at all and actually smile. The doctors have been so informative and actually include you in decisions and provide legitimate information, not just pressure about what they know, but what's best for your child.
