“I travel a lot for work, and during the process of filing a claim, having inspections, and meeting with the Juan Hernandez, I can honestly say it was a pretty stress free ordeal. Juan was exceptional in handling my account as well as any questions I had, to include any upgrades I wanted and what my insurance would cover. He made himself available through text and telephone, even as I traveled. Communication was open, which enabled someone to be available at my home (since I was not always available) to deliver shingles, requirements for dropping off the dump truck, kid and pet safety, and clean up requirements.
