“All expectations met, some exceeded. Frederick visited our home for an estimate on a patio cover. His presentation was solid and the price reasonable. He set the expectation in the beginning as to how the process would go and what timeline we may be looking at. Due to the dimensions of our cover, the piece was a custom order and required an additional week to fabricate at the factory. Jamie did a wonderful job of communicating with us throughout the process. We also shopped for a hot tub at their location. Dale was very knowledgeable and did well juggling multiple folks looking at their selection of hot tubs. He was patient with us as we tried one after another before finding THE tub for us. Overall, I had to make one follow up call to get something done, and it was done as promised and in time. In a world over saturated with lip service and bad service, it’s comforting to spend our money with folks who under promise and over deliver.”

There’s no comparison between Carts Etc and the dealer I used previously Not only were their prices better, but they kept me informed of exactly what they were doing. Transporting the cart there was more expensive but it was well worth the extra cost to have the cart finally fixed properly. And they detailed the cart at no cost... and believe me it was filthy. Even the transport driver was knowledgable and courteous. I’ll never take my cart anywhere else. And when I get ready to replace it, I’ll go to Carts, Etc! “Bought two pallets of sod this week and they even took the time to split the pallets with the loader. I really appreciated the fact that they didn't get frustrated about splitting the pallets for me and loading them into my truck throughout the morning. The St. Augustine I bought from them was excellent quality and when he split the pallet with the forks, there was only one or two damaged pieces. He offered to give me a few undamaged pieces, but I didn't think that was necessary since I was still able to use the broken pieces. I would definitely recommend this place for your landscaping needs! Thanks for the great service guys!”

“Excellent self serve frozen yogurt store. There must be at least a dozen different flavors of fresh frozen yogurt dispensers. Lots and lots of topping choices to choose from. Grab a cup, fill it with your choice of fro-yo, proceed to the toppings area then put it on the scale. Costs 63 cents per ounce. It is just so very yummy! I'll be back for more Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt soon!.”

“My brother and I walked into Verizon. The staff greeted us and said they would be with us shortly since they were helping other guests. We walked around the store as we waited to be helped. Staff member Carlos finished with the guest he was helping and came over to help us. Carlos went straight to the point! Told us what Verizon has to offer us and was very patient with us, as my brother and I asked a million questions! After a whole hour including the wait time to be helped, my brother and I are now users for verizon wireless and we are beyond satisfied with our new phones and we had an amazing experience thanks to Carlos!
