“I used John for my personal home at the recommendation of a fellow realtor. He is a TOP NOTCH guy! John replaced the entire roof after the Hail storm and had a crew that hand nailed each shingle. He does this, as he explained, to get proper nail alignment and nail depth. It took only two days and the work was excellent. I have since referred him to several clients both for estimates and repairs. Would recommend to anyone.”

“All expectations met, some exceeded. Frederick visited our home for an estimate on a patio cover. His presentation was solid and the price reasonable. He set the expectation in the beginning as to how the process would go and what timeline we may be looking at. Due to the dimensions of our cover, the piece was a custom order and required an additional week to fabricate at the factory. Jamie did a wonderful job of communicating with us throughout the process. We also shopped for a hot tub at their location. Dale was very knowledgeable and did well juggling multiple folks looking at their selection of hot tubs. He was patient with us as we tried one after another before finding THE tub for us. Overall, I had to make one follow up call to get something done, and it was done as promised and in time. In a world over saturated with lip service and bad service, it’s comforting to spend our money with folks who under promise and over deliver.”

Next to Facets, everything else is just pit latrines and cholera.”

“These guys are the best for service. There’s no comparison between Carts Etc and the dealer I used previously Not only were their prices better, but they kept me informed of exactly what they were doing. Transporting the cart there was more expensive but it was well worth the extra cost to have the cart finally fixed properly. And they detailed the cart at no cost... and believe me it was filthy. Even the transport driver was knowledgable and courteous. I’ll never take my cart anywhere else. And when I get ready to replace it, I’ll go to Carts, Etc! Thanks gentlemen for taking such good care of me.”
