“We have been taking our baby girl to Dr. Nancy for 10 months, since she was a newborn. She is one of the few pediatricians who will do a meet and greet before taking in the patient under her care, that’s especially important for new parents! She is caring, present and knowledgeable. Dr. Nancy is so sweet to our baby girl. I also appreciate that she has ER experience while working at Children’s Hospital. And her office is open on Saturdays in the morning, that’s a huge plus!”

“For those of you who think great customer service is dead, you need to come here! Just happened to be in the area and stumbled across this cozy restaurant. Such a relaxing and friendly atmosphere! The smiling waitresses were constantly, and I mean constantly, making their rounds to every table and checking in on them. The migas w 2 different colored crispy tortillas and the perfectly fried potatoes were delicious, along the green salsa that complemented them both perfectly! I ordered a side of bacon to go with the creamy refried beans and soft flour tortillas... Over all it was such a great homemade meal. Definitely coming back again! ❤️👍”

“Originally my wife wanted to come here. Once we got our meal I couldn’t wait to eat. The nachos were covered with toppings. Could barely see the chips. This is how nachos should be made. My daughters got burritos and I was amazed to see real meal sized burritos. The food tasted great. The young lady who was our hostess and waitress did a magnificent job.”

“Originally, I was lost on how to go about getting myself another birth certificate to renew my license. Upon calling down there I did have a very friendly, professional young lady that I was able to leave a message for and called me back almost an hour later. She asked if I'd like to be placed on a list that they go by during business hours corresponding to your name and the last four of your cell phone number. I told her where I was coming from in fear that I was not going to make it in time however, I did and she was very polite at the window and more helpful in telling me what paperwork I needed to get my new birth certificate. I waited about an hour after arriving at 3:30 p.m. which I thought was late. The young lady at Windows 6 on this particular day was Jessica Gonzalez and she was knocking out all of the birth certificate people that were waiting to be helped although other windows were working alongside her at the same time! So long story short I have my birth certificate in a sleeve which is available, and I'm a happy camper I was out of there about 10 minutes after 5:00 appreciate it thank you! FYI... Unfortunately those folks that are waiting for passports do take a little bit more time and we'll work on your patience. But know that on the other side they're getting it done quickly for your birth and death certificates!”

I met with the staff at CSS of SA before the move and immediately, I was impressed by the thoroughness of their approach to my father-in-law and my needs. The aides selected for us are amazing. They are professional, punctual and knowledgeable, but also caring and affectionate. When I had to make several trips pertaining to my move, I was nervous about leaving my father-in-law with people I didn’t know very well. However, the staff updated me regularly and did all they could to assure me of the great care he was receiving. I have also received excellent follow-up from management. In short, my experience has only been wonderful.”
