  Very nice, quiet. People from office was patient for the rent. Clean environment, had laundrymate

  Lived there for 6 months only left because we relocated to North Texas. Nice helpful owners, staff and residents. Concrete pads and patios, lots of trees and peaceful country atmosphere. Yes cell reception not great but that's no fault of the park! Reasonable rates and good sized lots.

  Very discriminating bathrooms don't work half the time Parks power needs to be rewired if they don't like how you live or how you look they give you three days to get out of the park laundry machines on premises are out of order 75% of the time and are in need of fixing all the time and the landlord's excuse is oh we're to sell the place

  Visited my daughter today. I felt like I was at a welcoming ranch. Neighbor had chickens, and a couple of turkeys. Kids have a playground. Not to far from the city life. Scenic view. Horses and cattle on the way. Great entrance with the ladybug painted cars. I wish I lived here.
