Having never been there ,I was pleasantly surprised when she stayed an extra 25 minutes on a Saturday so I could rent a unit. The unit that I thought had been reserved at a different location fell through and we needed a storage unit that night .She was a blessing, it's good to know that there is still true customer service in this country.
