Normally this wouldn't bother me because I am a patient person, but it nearly made me late getting back to work and I allowed myself more than enough time. “My wife and I stopped here on the way into Alvin on Bypass 35 this evening. The restaurant is small and clean. The staff is very courteous and attentive. I had a spicy beef dish and my wife had pork. We ordered the regular dinner size of our food. The servings were quite large. I had no problem with mine but my wife had to get a take out container for the rest of her food. The food is excellent and so is the service. Alvin, Texas has two other Chinese restaurants and they are mediocre at best. This is one of those little hole in the wall eateries worth trying.”

“The rooms are nice sized and clean the bathroom is Tiny though. TV didn't work since they just got DirecTV service and hadn't finished hooking it up yet and the people up front didn't know how to fix it. Front desk seemed to be helpful but really kind of wasn't especially with the TV incident. Overall yes I would go back but they need to get a couple things fixed that was not working correctly.”

“This Holiday Inn Express is above average good. The decor is modern and tasteful. The beds are comfortable with big quality pillows. Breakfast was great and had options for guests with dietary restriction. The staff was kind and very helpful even when checking in late. The one problem was the bathroom and shower floor were somewhat slippery after showering.”
