“Got a new dryer about 2 years ago and now it was taking FOREVER to dry our clothes. I called 3 air ducts and dryer vent businesses. They explained the process he would go cleaning our dryer vent clearly and made an appointment for later in the week. On the day of service, he contacted us to let us know he was on the way - very thoughtful. The work was done quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the area completely, and the result was exactly what we had hoped for. Drying time has plummeted! They were easy to work with.
