“Me and my husband called Mr. Fix It at 7:52pm on a Tuesday (8 min before closing) and he came out immediately, He examined our broken bathtub faucet, went to home depot for the part and came back and replaced the broken piece. The man was so friendly and knowledgeable, giving us advice for future maintenance. We did get charged a little extra (for emergency call) since it was almost 8 when we called and nearly 10 pm when he left, but we did not mind paying, we were very thankful that came so quick and fixed the problem so that we were able to take showers! Really pleased with services all around. Highly recommend.”

“We had Luxury Palapas come out and give us a bid. We have had other bids prior to them coming out and they were not the cheapest bid but not the highest. We choose them because they were very professional and answered every question we had and they also were able to accommodate a few add-ons that we wanted. During the build the crew was professional and took great pride in cleaning up after themselves. I did take notice whenever they would work around the pool the would take extra precaution to not let any debris fall into the water. There is not another company that I would call if I was to build another one! Great Company, Great Communication, Great Pricing!
