“Tim and his company are in front of the design and installation the entire way. They make sure your install is exactly what you wanted and make sure it is a flawless process from the beginning . They are competitive in estimates and give you all the design alternatives. They installed some fence lighting for some additional security and backyard enjoyment and then lit up our 30 plus foot palm tree. It’s all low voltage but very bright lights. The palm even has multiple colors to choose from with a small handheld remote. Don’t look anywhere else. Tim and company are the best in the city.”

What’s more important is that Angela stayed with real-time communication along the way: always available/callback when you call her; not simply trying to rush out the order but spent time to discuss aesthetic option. In order to make a small edge pretty, Angela went above and beyond to floor and decor to find options and samples for me. After finishing up, they sent back people to make small corner and other here and there adjustments upon my request. They sealed the working area perfectly to avoid disruption our regular routine. As a contractor myself, I know that we all make mistakes sometimes, no company is perfect. The true measure of a company is how they handle issues when they do come up. Will they hide? Try to blame you? Will they make it right? Kevin and his team immediately recognized and owned up to their mistakes (some of which, I will say, was our own fault) and fixed it. “Update: Having just visited Daiso in Japan, I'm surprised how much stock has managed to come overseas! Coming from a place that Daiso never opened in, I was looking forward to visiting this Daiso while in Dallas. The parking lot was jam-packed thanks to all the Korean and Japanese stores around. We circled a few rows before finding a spot. Daiso is basically the cool Asian version of the dollar store. You can find some cool stuff here that dollar stores would never carry. My girls love going here to get fancy stationary and neat stickers. My wife and I like to look at the snacks and random Asian items that we need at home. People here are friendly. Cashiers are nice and well-mannered. Can't wait to come back again!”
