(January 14, 2019, 2:50 pm)I am most impressed with the first class professionalism of Epic Services. I called the company, and received a nice and prompt response and appointment. On the morning of the appointment, I received a text from Epic with a photo, credentials, and biography of the service representative that was scheduled to make my repairs. I was WOWED! I felt like I knew the technician when he arrived. He was very polite, professional, and friendly. He made the repair in record time, and did a great job. I now know why Epic Services was voted the best plumbing company in Pearland in 2018. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EPIC SERVICES TO ALL!
(January 8, 2019, 6:54 pm)I had a great experience with Epic today. They came out same day to check on a potential gas leak. They were prompt, courteous, honest and very professional. I highly recommend Sergio and the Epic team.
(December 10, 2018, 4:32 pm)We needed a new hot water tank. From the office to the plumbers who came out everyone was friendly and professional. The tank was replaced in no time and they even registered the tank for warranty. Super happy!
(September 27, 2018, 5:54 am)Outstanding service! Epic answered the urgent call last Thursday at 4:59 pm for a leaking water heater. I was walked through what to do and within 30-45 minutes Shelby was at my home to diagnose the issue of needing a new water heater. Shelby took the time to explain the issue and our options. He redirected the water lines so that we could have water for the night. The next morning Shelby was at my home by 8am to get started on the job. Because I had to get to work, I left him there to do the work and he secured my home when he was finished. The work was exceptional! I was very pleased with their responsiveness, customer service, and expertise. Epic is my plumber for life! I cannot remember the young man that I first spoke with but many, many thanks to you for answering the initial call and all that you did to calm my nerves and dispatch Shelby to my home. You guys Rock! I spoke of you guys to a member of my church the following Sunday and she has since called and received service. Keep up the outstanding customer service and work that you do!
