“This elementary school should be ready to go by the Fall of 2019. It's located inside the Sterling Lakes Community. Also, it is named after Bel Nafegar Sanchez... A 30+ yr educator in Alvin ISD, Alvin's Citizen of the Year in 2013, she helped start and currently runs the Alvin Family Community Center. She has also been seated on the boards of different non-profit organizations. Being such a prominent and philanthropic figure in the city and community, they decided to name this school after her. I think it's fitting. Good job.”

“Giving this 5 stars because it's pretty cool to have a place like this in our area. We took a bunch of 10/11 year Olds out to try kneeboarding. They had a blast. I'm not sure about how to improve the layout, but kids don't usually make it a full lap and need to walk back, sometimes a long way. But would be nice if there was a beginner and advanced track or something similar to maximize the experience. We had a great time though.”

“Loved this place! The lifeguards were so kind and so patient with all of the children. They offered them suggestions on how to overcome the hardest obstacles. Nice area to relaxing in lawn chairs in the shade, or soak up the sun while your kids play. The lake is so clean. Normally Lakes kind of gross me out but this was so nice.”

“Very nice and clean performance shop. Floor is clean enough to eat from and there is none of the clutter and mess that I've seen in other shops. Although primarily a shop for Chrysler vehicles, at least one mechanic is competent with other makes. Handicapped parking, barrier-free entrance and accessible restrooms. Many of the vehicles were brand new, so their owners brought them here immediately after purchase for enhancement. They offer a unique product that would be great for Houston vehicles with low ground clearance: it's a custom-made hard plastic shield that goes on to bottom side of bumper fascia to prevent scrape damage.”

“Good service overall. The prices however area a bit much and the mulch quality is a meh. I've been in the landscaping business for about fourteen years so I'd like to think i know my stuff. There is a good mulch ground right on hwy 90 and gessner on stafford, cant quite recall the name since they recently changed name but is still same management. I've been buying from those guys for the longest and I've got to say the mulch quality is by far the best. They use to go by the name timber solutions.”
