“I think good service deserves to be acknowledged but what you do when it was excellent service? I guess you into detail. I've been in need for a car for a few years and thanks to an amazing co-worker who brought me to Ron Carter Chevrolet Buick GMC Autoland, Alvin I drove off with a 2019 Trax. I've been car shopping for a while so I wasn't expecting a good experiences, and while is was an hours drive it was all worth it. Tony my co-worker's contact person was the one who got the ball rolling doing all he could to ensure I drove off with a car, while making sure the financial part was going to be comfortable for me. Ryan my Salesperson was professional, detailed and patient. The sweetest guy ever making sure I was satisfied with my choice and that I was driving off not with what I liked, but with what I loved. During our waiting on finance he checked up on us constantly and made sure we were comfortable. He also called me this morning to make sure all was well. Mr. Daniel, well he was funny and got funnier when he realized I spoke Spanish. He went into detail and almost quizzed me to make sure I understand everything, before I signed any paperwork. That demonstrates his dedication not only to his department but also to me as his customer. My daughter who is also hearing impaired said it best as she told my other daughter about our purchase... “I purchased a 2019 Tundra 1794 Edition. I saw it on the Toyota of Alvin website. My wife went and test drove it while I was at work. I spoke to the salesman Joel and told him how much I would be comfortable paying for it. He said he could work with that and he gave me a total drive out price which included a very fair price for my trade in. I was already approved through my credit union so my salesperson Joel took care of everything with my finance guy and all I had to do was go pick up the truck after work. It was very quick and painless. I’ve purchased many cars from dealerships and I have to say this was by far the best new car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman promised me a spray in bed liner for my truck. I didn’t get it in writing and when the sales manager contacted me to see how I was doing with the truck just a few days later I mentioned it to him. Without hesitation he asked me to bring the truck in that same day so he could get it taken care of for me. He even gave me a very nice courtesy car while they got my liner sprayed. They had our new truck back to us before the end of the day. That is just excellent customer service and I am definitely going to buy from this dealership again. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or even used vehicle to give Toyota of Alvin a chance to help you with your purchase.”

“I wish I could give Texas ATV outlet and Christian more than 5 stars. We needed to find a truck for my son. I hated car shopping until we found ATV outlets. Christian was amazing!! He was completely opened and answered all of our questions about the truck. His goal was for us to know everything about the truck so there would be no surprises after the sale. Not only did he give us a good deal but then he went above and beyond after we bought the truck. He allowed us to store the truck for a month at no charge. We wanted some additional things done to the vehicle so he helped us find people that could do it and then even helped shuttle the truck to have the work done. Next time we are in the market for a vehicle we will definitely go to Christian first!”

“They were recommended by a friend. I'm so thankful they did. I went to their website and was able to find vehicles of all prices. After about a week of looking one was just posted and I contacted them in order to buy it. They were in the process of putting in the lift. They put it on hold for me and had it shipped to the Pearland location as soon as it was completed. All without having to put down anything. They called me when it arrived and I was able to get all the paperwork signed and completed quickly and painlessly. I took the van home that day. I had a problem with the turn signal and windshield wiper after I bought it. I called them and they had me bring it in the next day and fixed everything at no cost and made sure all the fluids were full. I've never had such a wonderful and painless experience in buying a vehicle. They were above and beyond professional and kind during the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. If it was possible to give higher than 5 stars I would.”
