“Purchased a vehicle earlier this year and due to the pandemic, we never received our new plates and registration sticker from the dealer. I headed to the registration office to explain my situation. The gentleman located my information in the system and it showed that my plates and sticker were out there. With everything going on, it looks like they got lost in the system and never made it to my mailing address. This was not an issue as the the staff member was more than willing to provide me with some new plates and a new sticker. I brought some plates from another vehicle that I previously owned and he had no problem transferring them to my new vehicle. He got me setup with everything that I needed. It was surprising to know that they've been open throughout the pandemic. I postponed going there because I thought the registration offices were closed. I commend them for their continued service. I have an exceptional experience every time that I go here and the staff is always very helpful and pleasant.”
