“This place was very conveniently located. The man who ran the place was extremely kind and helpful and even offered to give me a pair of shoes because he thought I had none. He also gave my dog some milk bones and helped me acquire a ride to the beach since I had been stranded and had too many belongings to walk with. Prices were reasonable and there were a men's and women's portapotty that stayed open through the night and were very clean and well stocked.”

“I did a wedding here in October. It’s a very nice area for a beachfront wedding. They have a lovely outside deck and gazebo as well an inside reception area. There’s easy access to the beach and lots of parking. I recommend this if you are wanting a nice beach wedding on Galveston island.”

“So.....we came to Texas because of work. Needed a place to reside and stumbled across, "The Preserves at Oyster Creek". At first, though impressive, it wasn't what we were looking for. However, because of time restraints we signed a lease knowing that it would serve its purpose. To our surprise it was more than we hoped for. We were able to quickly feel at home in our unit. The homes are modern and tastefully designed to optimize space. The property grounds are well maintained, and for the most part the community is quiet. We rarely required any maintenance, but when we did Mr. Rudy was more than knowledgeable, and always willing to make things correct. He was very professional, polite, and courteous. A good person with a good spirit, and we can't thank him enough. Thank you Mr. Rudy! Now, the rental office staff. Amazing! Two very smart and bright young ladies. Ms. Elissa & Ms. Jerica, I can't thank you ladies enough. You made all the difference in the world in our experience as tenants of the Preserves. Always welcoming, pleasurable to speak with, and just purely heart warming. You were always prompt in a response to any inquiry and to whatever the needed. Your management company is lucky to have you. You're truly assets. Jerica we were sorry to see you go, and we missed you it's true; but Ms. Elissa hit it outta the park and brought us home.
