“Upon arrival I was greeted immediately. The waitress took my drink order and returned for my dinner order. I had the tacos and a Miller Lite. The Tacos were tasty and with 5 of them was more than filling. The beer was cold. The waitress returned to check on me on a few occasions. They failed to ask me if I wanted another beer.. therefore the 4 star. I would definitely eat here again.”

“We stayed at an Airbnb close by and decided to stop by here for dinner. We ordered onion rings for appetizers and easily one of the best onion rings we've ever had! The breading was well spiced, and the onions themselves were tender and sweet. I had the fried catfish which was pretty good and not dry at all. My partner ordered a small order of chicken fried steak which was huge! The gravy was flavorful and the steak itself was delicious! We shared a pecan pie for dessert and absolutely no complaints! Overall a great dinner for a decent price and we definitely would stop by again if we are on the area.”

“I stayed here for about six months. This is a fantastic place to stay. The sites are spacious and level. The park is on a quiet county road just south of Bertram. The park itself is very quiet. The internet is fast and able to stream live TV. The cabin in the center of the park has washers, dryers and a shower. It is accessible 24 hours a day. Amazon, USPS, FedEx and UPS all deliver packages directly to the cabin out of the elements. Trey and Ashley own the park and are on site as well. Everyone I met there was super friendly. Would definitely recommend a short or long term stay here.”

The facility out there is absolutely gorgeous & beautiful as well. From the itemized estimate when I compared both there were very little differences. Second up, the friendly staff here really paid dividends in my mind. Specifically Kim, she was so friendly, explained everything upfront and answered every question I could throw at her...and all while being nonjudgemental. I could continue here but this is all you need to know. I'd take any dog I had or ever will have here as long as the service continues to be what I experienced. ...again and again.”
