“I've used these folks for years, especially when I lived in Burnet. Cyndi, Terry and the crew have never disappointed. Now, living an hour away for many years, I have used auto shops much closer to me - mostly with disappointment. After an especially disappointing (and very expensive) service at a local shop I decided to make the drive to Burnet. My car made it just over halfway before I had to call them for a tow (even that service was exceptional). These people have earned my trust and my business even if it means a long drive (and a tow). 5 star service every time!”

“I needed the wheel bearings repacked and the electrical brakes checked on our 30' travel trailer. In each of the past five years, finding a vendor to do the work on a timely basis, at a reasonable cost and is also within a reasonable distance of home has been a major challenge. This year I found and called Utility Trailer Sales to see if they could do the work. Brooklynn answered my questions, set up an appointment, estimated it might take a day or so to do the work and gave me a rough estimate of the cost. To my absolute surprise the work was completed the day of our appointment and the cost was less than estimated and very reasonable. Based on this years experience with Utility Trailer Sales, I can highly recommend them and I will look forward to calling Brooklynn next year for the same services as she made the whole process easy and her unique personality made it fun!
