Mario’s Tacos Restaurant

Very good. The large Mario's tacos are great, your choice of meat. The gorditias are good. You can get shrimp tacos too. The iced tea is ok.

Update:
I purchased the Mario Taco. It costs as much as the tacos but contains more food. The base Taco has beans and rice on a large tortilla. You get to add a protein. I chose Pastor. Very good combo. The Pastor is spicy with a slight sweet flavor. There is no cheese in the taco. I think this is a good buy for a large appetite. The iced tea is very good.

Mario's is experimenting with a Lent menu. I hope some of these stick around. Pictures is the Camarones a la Diablo. It's got a good amount of spice. Not overly hot but very tasty.

Mario’s tacos is a step above. They go above and beyond in food and service speed. In Texas small towns and anywhere for that matter, great people who remember your name and order, and deliver it with speed and precision do not get enough credit. I was seriously impressed with my meal (barbacoa, flautist, fajitas, and carne asada), and I love watching owners run the front and take care of their clients at the table. I truly believe the family is doubling down on the customer experience, the food, and it shows. Loved all of the salsa, but the creamy avocado was the bomb. Looking forward to stopping by again!

Tacos are always fast and fresh in my experiences. Their salsa is delicious and even the pancake plate is satisfying. I've been going to Mario for my tacos since 2005. Thank you for years of breakfast memories ❤️

Try the horchata. Home made flour tortillas. So glad we stopped. Staff is friendly and efficient, service fast, and superb customer service. 3 adults ate including large drinks about $20.
