“Check in at gate starts at 0600, once through with that process, pull forward up past several parking spots and stop get out and go check in with the office up the ramp. Gave them the paperwork they gave me a door. They open the doors from the inside. Once unloaded and have paperwork leave doors open and drive to gate. They check trailer and let you go. No over night parking but you can park down either end of the road.”

“Showed up early even though broker told me not too, but I was looking at my time not central time. Let a few go ahead of me to cut down the time, they go to lunch at 12 to 1, No one is in office at this time, come in fill out the paperwork on desk. You have your ducks in a row, the lady in office wont say much to you but she will be friendly enough to give you a door earlier then your appointment and dock people are super friendly as well. This place ranks high on places I'm willing to come back to, because there was no wait time really between going into office and getting loaded, keep up they great work and thank you for have friendly and helpful employees!!!”

“Check in was weird, arrived told to park come back to guard shack. Make sure to tell guard u need to sign in. Seems like they schedule everyone at 4 am to have them check in then give them doors. Lots of space, staff was friendly,not the worst dc i have ever been to.”

From the owner to the secretary they were awesome! They even put a fresh pot of coffee on for us when we came in to sign papers.
