Kaitlyn was extremely helpful. I ask many questions and she was very knowledgeable. We got a military discount which was nice. Kaitlyn spent a lot of time with us to find the perfect bed for our needs. We bought it yesterday and it is being delivered today. I definitely recommend Mattress Firm South Lebanon.

Buying a bed is hard. You never know if you are going to make the right choice. That is where Lynn and mattress firm came in to play. Lynn helped us understand the new bed tech, try out a bunch of mattresses and ultimately pick the one we hope is for us. 60 months no interest, and a 120 day trial sealed the deal. So excited to see if our new mattress with help solve some of our sleep challenges. Thanks Lynn!!! Oh and we had a bit of fun too. Which was unexpected :)

Lyn took into account what I was looking for and what fit my needs when she recommended my new mattress. She gave me time and space to test out mattresses and make my decision on my own.
