The Gates of Allen Station Apartments

I’ve lived here for a few years now and I have nothing negative to say about the apartment complex. The grounds are very clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and maintenance is fast, and knowledgeable.
I even feel safe going for late nights walks around the property with my dogs. 10/10

The Gates of Allen Station is by far the best apartment complex my wife and I have ever lived at. The staff is friendly and helpful. All of our maintenance calls are taken care of quickly and hassle-free. Also, we love our apartment and the view it comes with. We have been happy residents for 5 years now. 👍 👍

The experience that I had when I went to tour the one bedroom show apartment was fantastic. The agent Heaven was so great that it hive me the feel of being right at home. She explained all the details about leasing an apartment. There is nothing available but I have been placed on the waiting list. I would really love to stay there and ca it my home. Kudos again to Heaven.

I am looking to rent somewhere and today Rickey Cathey did a great job showing me around! Rickey was very respectful and professional! I really appreciate his time today!
