The storeroom was well stocked, the staff was super helpful, and we got a killer deal on our grill (saved $800 compared to other stores and online). Josh went above and beyond to help educate us and get us an incredible grill at an amazing price. I’d called other stores, but ended up buying the grill unseen over the phone based on Josh’s reviews. “I want to give a shout out to a company that we enjoyed visiting, Bliss Cupcakes I am a lover of sweets. My husband I were window shopping, and behold my eyes fell upon this cute bakery. I kept looking and finally decided to go in and indulge my taste buds. It smelled so good the minute you open the door. We had the pleasure of meeting Alexandra an employee who was kind and had a beautiful smile. She talked to us about the different flavors and we finally made a choice I got the lemon and my husband got his favorite chocolate. They were very delicious. It was easy to get to, the restaurant was clean and employees were friendly and efficient. I got the sourdough Jack with curly fries. It was a good choice. The sourdough was toasted perfectly, and the flavor meld made for a good flavor experience. Hubbs got the sausage burrito and a hash brown and he was very happy with his choice.”

“After a big runaround at another Best Buy, we ended up at the Allen store and spoke to Thomas in the TV section. He was super knowledgeable, helped us find what we needed, and didn’t try to sell us something that wasn’t what we were looking for. He took the time we needed and didn’t rush us. We live closer to like 3 other Best Buys, but we will be back to the Allen store just because of the service Thomas gave us. And no, we don’t even know him! It’s just that in the day and age we are in, good service deserves a shout out.”
