The service I received at Calvert Hearing Care, Allen, Texas was excellent. Audiologist Dr. Clay Mainord and the staff are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Appreciate Dr. Mainord for taking time to go over the test result clearly and to explain my options for the Hearing Aids. Based on my warm and wonderful experience, I would highly recommend them.

Dr Joe was very through and helpful in letting me know the lost hearing aids were still in warranty. The office staff was also helpful. An all around good experience.

I had never been to an Audiologist before and did not know what to expect. First the lady at the front desk (I am so sorry I forgot her name) Was very friendly and soft spoken and I felt she genuinely cared. Then I met Dr. Joe. I will have to say I am very good at reading people but, he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable in his field. He explained everything to me as we went along and after the tests. Vert friendly, personable and just genuinely nice! I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends! Thank you Dr. Joe.
