“This place is great. I don’t like going to the Dentist’s but this entire staff makes you feel at ease and are so gentle with their patients. The Front Office Staff Candace and Office Mgr Michelle are so sweet and helpful. They are so kind. Kylie, the Dental Hygienist we had is so gentle, friendly, and very knowledgeable. KJ the Dentist’s Assistant is absolutely wonderful! She is good with kids and people who are nervous about procedures like myself and definitely lightens the room and the mood. The Dentist is wonderful! He is gentle, kind, and will make you feel at ease. He answers questions and makes time for all his patients. He ensures you are not in pain and wants you to be comfortable. On top of the great service they squeezed me in last minute after my cleaning to fix cavities they found. What a wonderful experience.”

“I had never been to an Audiologist before and did not know what to expect. First the lady at the front desk (I am so sorry I forgot her name) Was very friendly and soft spoken and I felt she genuinely cared. Then I met Dr. Joe. I will have to say I am very good at reading people but, he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable in his field. He explained everything to me as we went along and after the tests. “The doctors and staff here are superior to many! They office appointments are on time, the doctor spends time with me and is attentive to details and caring too! Another plus is that they can do blood work on site, mammograms are a couple door down the hall, and the office is attached to a major hospital- convenience is all here! It's also easy to leave a voicemail and hear back promptly to have quick needs attended to. I moved to Richardson, but gladly drive to Allen to continue here!”

“Dr Le is an amazing surgeon! In April 2019, I had surgery on my left wrist, after several office visits & cortisone shots. I was basically diagnosed with a collapsed hand. I had been in pain for years & just kept putting off going to the doctor until the pain got to be unbearable. After surgery, I went to therapy for many weeks, thinking I will never be able to use this hand like before. My fingers were very painful for months & months!! I even asked Dr Le, what did you do to my fingers? 😊He explained, again, what was done in surgery & reassured me it will get better with time. Well today, after many follow up visits, I have graduated & no longer need follow up appointments! 😃 I am so grateful for Dr Le’s patience, support & professionalism through it all! “Can I add 5 more stars??? Barbie, Heather, and Dr. Haskell are phenomenal. Starting with the interaction with Heather, prior to arrival, I could tell this place was great. Heather maintained the same friendly and personable attitude she had when I spoke to her on the phone. Can I get a whoo whoo!!! Barbie is one of a kind. My interaction with Barbie started with me feeling as if I was more than a patient. Despite a long working day she had that day, she remained professional, courteous. Now is that cool or is that cool? And then we have Dr. Haskell. Going to the doctor is never fun and tensions are high because you never know what is going to happen. From the moment Dr. Haskell walked into the room, he not only eliminated the tension that was in the air, but he assured me I was in good hands with his friendly approach. Even as Dr. Haskell started to look and diagnose my foot, he did everything in a calm manner that eased my mind. Dr. Haskell was great. I cant wait for my upcoming appointment. “We met with over a dozen pediatricians, but none of them felt right. Then, we finally felt like we were at home with the staff at TLC Pediatrics. Dr. Cash has the most nurturing demeanor, and Dr. Moulton and Dr. Misty are also so amazing! They all put me at ease when I was clearly going through baby blues while my youngest was dealing with really bad acid reflux, and I will forever be grateful for Dr. Misty and the nurses for comforting me while I was dealing with such a horrific feeding issues with our (then) newborn. Now, our two toddlers love the staff so much that we chose to stick with TLC Pediatrics even after moving to Little Elm about 6 months ago!”
