“Issue with the front office staff resolved. Practice manager Stepahni/doctor Sunil both called and resolved the issue. It was a misunderstanding on more than one occasion from my side and the front office side. I really appreciate the office manager taking time to resolve the issue. I also appreciate the efforts of all the people in the office for working in these testing times (Covid 19) Dr. Sunil is a very nice person.
