LIFETIME Pharmacy

Lifetime pharmacy is fantastic! They are always pleasant and professional, not to mention how much they go above and beyond every time. They deliver prescriptions for free and are always happy to do it. They have worked tirelessly through this pandemic for the sake of their customers wellbeing and we are all thankful!

We are more than 3 years now with Life Time Pharmacy and I really don't know why I didn't post a review till Now, I am sorry for this.
We were unable to collect our medications directly from pharmacy due to old age and have no car until we joined this great Pharmacy.
The Pharmacy Staff are incredible, kind, helpful and caring they are even above and beyond my best expectations where our medications now delivered to the door step with a smile.
We want to express our deep thanks and gratitude to all Staff members.
We can't thank you enough.

I have been a long time customer of Lifetime Pharmacy. These days it is hard to find a business that gives you real customer service. They are caring, they go above and beyond for their customers. They do treat you like family. I was unable to pick up an much needed prescription and they delivered it to me. I know the gas it cost for them to deliver cost more than my meds cost. I 💕 Lifetime and all the people that work there.

We have been using Lifetime Pharmacy since Feb/March of this year and they have been a Godsend. We have never had an issue getting the meds we need which is awesome, but their customer service is hands down the BEST. They are responsive & extremely helpful. If they don't have the meds the same day the rx is received, they call ASAP to let us know. Not only that, but they deliver! We lived in Carrollton until recently and I was worried that we'd have to find a new pharmacy, but after speaking with the pharmacist, we learned, they will be able to deliver to us in Roanoke.

I usually speak with Shar when I call & she is so patient and does whatever is needed to ensure my son is taken care of when it comes to his medications (the whole family really, but it feels like she also looks out for my son which means more than anything). I am grateful to her for being so kind during a stressful time. She goes above and beyond for us or at least she has a way of making it feel like she is.

When I am able to pickup from the pharmacy in Allen, the facility is always so tidy and staff very friendly. The pharmacist is extremely helpful and personable. A recent example being him walking me through the steps for my son's emergency injection. He explained how to administer and even offered to show me the steps when it came to prepping the syringe. We've had this prescription filled in the past with other pharmacies and not once has it been an easy process trying to acquire the correct gauge/needle; much less someone being willing to take the time to explain how to use in an emergent situation.

I recommend this pharmacy on social media and would definitely give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Just awesome service, don’t think I’ll be going to any other pharmacy! Most definitely recommend!

So I've been coming here for a year now.
I loveeeeee the customer service. I'm not even inside the building yet and yet have my prescription ready for me.

They also offer free delivery to your door.
I've had this service a couple of times when kids or myself are to sick to leave the house.
