(November 25, 2022, 11:38 am)Awesome experience! Was able to get an appointment immediately. Very friendly RN Amy Jo, who did the pre-doctor checkup and gave frequent updates about doctors arrival to my cabin. On-site automated RX dispensing saved a visit to the pharmacy!
(November 10, 2022, 3:41 pm)By far the BEST urgent care experience I have ever had! Yasmin and Dr. Smitha were so welcoming, kind, and caring, listening to everything I had to say and informing me well every step of the way during my visit. The lobby is stocked with coffees and teas made available to patients while waiting which was really nice especially when not feeling well. Check-in was painless and quick, waiting time was next to nothing! Back in the patient care rooms, Yasmin ran all my tests in front of me and informed me through everything so I knew exactly what was going on and what was being tested. AND they have a prescription vending machine where you interface with a pharmacist to get your prescriptions right there in the clinic! This was such a fantastic and cool experience, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent care!
(October 16, 2022, 12:29 pm)Our experience was great! My kid was sick and I knew getting into our regular doctors office wasn’t going to happen the same day. Making an appointment online with Breeze was very easy with plenty of same-day time slots available and check-in was super quick. Both Jay and Nurse Pittman were amazing and kind, and took the time to talk to us which made the visit a pleasant one for my sick kiddo. We will definitely be using Texas Health Breeze centers for urgent care in the future! Keep up the good work!
(July 1, 2022, 4:54 pm)Best experience I've had with ANY medical visit. The process was so efficient. I decided to make an appointment in the morning. Before they even opened I scheduled a 9am appointment via their website. I showed up early and was seen right away. I was charged a flat rate upfront that seemed fair and it included my medications. I do not have insurance so it was all out of pocket. I was out of there with a good diagnosis and my medications from their on-site pharmacy kiosk by 9:30. I could not be happier. Was starting to feel better by the afternoon and have continued thanks to the treatment.
I would like to bring special attention to the outstanding service provided by Yasmin. She greeted me at the door and went out of her way to show caring customer service that seems less and less common these days. Her friendly helpful demeanor made the whole process an enjoyable one.
This is my go-to from now on
(March 26, 2022, 2:05 pm)Wow!! Coolest urgent care EVER!! Not only was it easy in and out, but things were sped along with mini labs in the rooms for basic testing and then to coolest part .. I needed an antibiotic for my daughter .. They have a pharmacy in a kiosk that I was able to talk to the pharmacist and get the medicine dispensed before I left the urgent care. Awesome!!!
