“Okay so I moved here 3 months ago, I have the A5 floor plan and I pay a base of $1180 (water WAS included but not now) we recently got new management and I noticed how the treatment was different. I got a feeling and so I decided to check and see if rent changed and what I’m seeing online is for my floor plan the new rent is either approximately $1400 -$1600 (I will be calling tomorrow so I know for sure and can decide on what to do after my lease) So we’re talking about a 200-400 dollar increase🤯 I think it’s a nice apartment with nice counters and faux wood floors but I don’t agree with the price increase I don’t believe this is “luxury” living. Honestly it’s really scary because if it’s happening here I hope it’s not happening at other places. Of course I knew it would go up but usually rent only increases by $50 -$80. Like I said I will be calling to make sure but if you check online you’ll see the same.”

“We've been looking for a local vet for our fur baby, and we have finally found it! This place is great!! The location is clean. I love that they keep cats and dogs separate to minimize your pet's anxiety. They're so thoughtful–they even have plug ins that release calming pheromones! Both the receptionists and techs are very friendly. The vet is extremely knowledgable and thorough. We appreciated how he gave us the scope of what was needed for Thor along with the pricing. We had been spending money on unneeded vaccinations that could be harmful to Thor, and rather than making more money, he explained all of this to us in a way that we could understand. We are so happy to have found a vet that cares about their "clients" as much as their owners care.”
