  HIGHLY recommend.
  There's a reason they're higher priced than the other budget hotels around here.
  
  I may have even reviewed before. I have stayed here several times. I love the people. The night guys Andy and Paul are super nice and friendly. The ladies during the day are as well. I really like the front desk lady but I always forget to ask her name.
  
  The place is super clean and I have no issues with anything at all here.
  
  During the day, these ladies are cleaning rooms, the lobby, everything, every time I see them. Ask if you need anything, don't force cleaning of the room if you say you don't need it. I show them though so they don't get worried I'm leaving a mess.
  
  They'll give clean towels daily. And if you ask I'm sure they'd do your sheets daily, but I find that wasteful.

  Great place with clean rooms. Day shift was excellent but night shift needs to work on their people skills. Can the breakfast area needs to be better. Need more variety like adding eggs, sausage, oak meal, and such.

  We had a really great stay here over the 4th of July weekend. It was nice and quiet, almost no noise from any other visitors at all. I am so happy to find a hotel that not only welcomes pets for a reasonable "rent" ($15/night fee per pet) but also has smoking rooms. The beds are firm, pillows are fluffy, cute little coffee maker, big TV with cable, and the bathtub is a good size. We didn't use many of the other amenities like the hair dryer or iron, but I'm glad they were there had we needed them. I only had one big drawback: I was really looking forward to swimming, but the pool water was bright green. It looks like it needs to be "shocked" with chlorine real good to clear the water up. Other than that, no issues. The front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly and checking in & out was a breeze. We will definitely keep this location in mind whenever we need to get out of the city.

  A very good exprience with him. I had a buyer the next day when my house was listed. The sale was finalized because of his good negotiational skills and prefessionism. He is very responsieve to phone call and message. His personality made him an excellent agent. Highly recommened.

  Trini is amazing and responds to all issues promptly. Ms. Li made the rental process super easy and quick. She also responded to any questions extremely quick and provided exceptional service. The entire team is hands down fantastic. We truly enjoy being tenants and have always had friendly and professional experience with the realty company. So blessed to have a team of people who really care and help you feel like family. Looking forward to many years in our fabulous new home. Definitely recommend using this company if you are looking for a new home and want to make sure you have reliable service when you need it. Thank you 31 Realty for turning our dreams into reality.?
