“Dr. Copenhaver has seen all three of my kids for braces. Would I be bringing all my kids here if we didn't love our first experience? The last one just got hers off! “Due to employer insurance change, I had to find a new dentist this year. Thank goodness I found Dickey Family Dentistry! The staff is always friendly. If you want a personal experience, this is the place for you. They know all of their patients by name and truly care. Dr. Dickey is fantastic and very thorough. He explains everything in detail and provides you with your options, so that you can make the decision regarding your treatment. There is absolutely no pressure as they understand everyone has different situations, but they will do everything possible to help you work out payment options. There's no wait either! When you get there for your appointment, they have you back within minutes. My son, who is 9, also goes to Dr Dickey's. They are great with all ages. I will continue going to Dr Dickey as long as I'm in the DFW area :)”

The Front Office Staff Candace and Office Mgr Michelle are so sweet and helpful. They are so kind. Kylie, the Dental Hygienist we had is so gentle, friendly, and very knowledgeable. KJ the Dentist’s Assistant is absolutely wonderful! She is good with kids and people who are nervous about procedures like myself and definitely lightens the room and the mood. The Dentist is wonderful! He is gentle, kind, and will make you feel at ease. He answers questions and makes time for all his patients. He ensures you are not in pain and wants you to be comfortable. On top of the great service they squeezed me in last minute after my cleaning to fix cavities they found. What a wonderful experience.”

“We were referred to Dr. Kraus by my daughters dentist in 2018. He saw us for an evaluation and consult to get a timeline for if and when we would need braces. Dr. Kraus and his entire staff were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. My daughter ended up getting braces in December 2019 and the experience was better than I anticipated, from the cost to the costumer service. Dallas and Jeanette especially, were always so great with my daughter and my youngest who would have to tag along. My youngest still asks about Dallas when we talk about “sissy’s braces place”. This office really is fantastic and never made us feel like a number, but valued customers. I would highly recommend Dr. Kraus and his entire staff.”

“This office has changed my life, they are amazing. Crystal worked with me when no other dentists office in the area would. She got me into an affordable and reasonable treatment plan! She sat down and truly listened to my story, and genuinely did everything she could to help me! When no one else would help, Thrive Dental and Crystal were there for me.
