“Dr. Copenhaver has seen all three of my kids for braces. Would I be bringing all my kids here if we didn't love our first experience? The last one just got hers off! I love how he is a perfectionist when it comes to my kids teeth. He wants every detail perfect, not just the front smile. When we as parents spend this much time and money on our kids smiles it is great to find someone who is so interested in making it perfect. Dr. Copenhaver also follows the older ones checking everything each time even years later. The staff is friendly and welcoming to us every time. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Update October 2020: I am still very happy with Dr. Shahdad's office. I was initially putting off my routine dental care because I am in the higher risk category for Covid-19 due to problems with my immune system. The staff reassured me and are being very careful to keep the building clean and safe during this pandemic. Only 1 patient is seen at a time, patients and staff wear covers over shoes, patients wash their hands and gargle with antiseptic mouthwash before entering the exam room. They also clean every surface in the room between each patient, it is crystal clear that patient safety is their number one goal. I feel very safe coming here, and am now back on my regular cleaning schedule. If some additional tests or treatments are recommended, they let you know what the cost will be beforehand, so again, I really appreciate that there are no surprises. I am now pushing my mom to become a patient of hers, and I highly recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a dentist. Original Review: I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Shahdad and her office. First of all the office is very clean and quiet. They use cameras and a large screen, so you can see everything that is going on in your mouth, and they explain the x-rays in layman terms. After visiting with the doctor, the hygienist sat with me as long as I needed to answer all of my questions. I do need more work done than I thought, but I could also see exactly what is wrong. They don’t leave you guessing about charges or what your treatment plan is, so there are no surprises which is great at the dentist!”

“Wonderful experience! They were so accommodating to get an appointment for my son to coincide with his school schedule. He had no complications and they gave us great post-op instructions. Followed up with a call after we got home to see how he was doing and to make sure we knew how to contact them if something were to come up over the weekend. Office staff was great!! “I have been neglecting my Teeth for years. I was very skeptical about where to go. I got an ad for Monticciolo and it was a few blocks from my house. From the moment I walked in, the two ladies at the front Kat & Crystal were very pleasant and polite so they made me feel comfortable right away. When I was called back, the Assistant Denise was very welcoming and also put me at ease with her happy and knowledgeable personality. She asked some questions and explained a few things very thoroughly which also made me feel more comfortable. After X-Rays, Dr. Engelsberg came in, introduced himself and proceeded to explain all that was damaged. He was very kind, had a great personality and was very informative about the impending things that needed to be done. The whole staff that I dealt with was very kind and caring. I didn't just feel like a patient but a friend. When I was done and the cost was being discussed by Denise, I didn't just feel like a human cash register. When I saw Dr K. he was professional and caring taking time to listen to my concerns and answer questions. “I always had the problem of finding the right dentist. I come from Eastern Europe (Romania) where the dentist’s work is often expensive and of bad quality. Things have changed since I got here (Dallas) and went to an Amazing Smile office due to a recommendation. I have been given a consultation and told I need to do: 2 extractions, 2 crowns and 1 filling! Dr. Narita was kind and explained to me in detail all that needed to be done and showing it to me through x-ray every step of the way! I feel so lucky to found Dr. Narita since he was able to solve my problems and now my teeth are waiting for the last and final step: Invisalign.
