The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was because there was some confusion in the payment process. I called to pay the balance and was told they'd get back to me. Nobody called back. Months later I get a call asking me to set up installation. I had to explain it was already installed and I just needed to pay the remaining balance.”

The store manager is one of the most helpful people, she might not be the friendliest, but she really will go through a lot of trouble to help out. “Long time La Z Boy customer, 1st time in new Allen store. Glinda (with an I) was a great sales person and quickly help me find the perfect recliner for a small, 5 foot tall, older lady. I had a budget and this Collage wall hugger recliner is just perfect for me. Comfortable, pretty and just right. Can't wait till Wednesday when it will be delivered, put in my room and they will remove my old, broken chair and put it in the garage for me. UPDATE: 6 months later and the bottom cushion of recliner isn't as comfortable as I would like. But it's holding up well. You can pay for an upgraded cushion when you order it, but that was just too much money for me.”
