“Best music shop in the area! From the time I moved to Allen, Felipe has been more than helpful and really given me some insight to progress musically than I think I could have gotten anywhere else! Helped me out with a new electric and amp that I have absolutely been having a blast on! The sound quality is excellent for the price, and he gave me a quick run down on how to play with the settings for different sounds. Also helped me find a mic and interface that suits me best, which I'm am so excited for when it arrives! I’m 28 yrs old and have been very shy when it comes to singing and using my voice. Erin has taught me skills and techniques that I can use for the rest of my life. “After a big runaround at another Best Buy, we ended up at the Allen store and spoke to Thomas in the TV section. He was super knowledgeable, helped us find what we needed, and didn’t try to sell us something that wasn’t what we were looking for. He took the time we needed and didn’t rush us. We live closer to like 3 other Best Buys, but we will be back to the Allen store just because of the service Thomas gave us. And no, we don’t even know him! It’s just that in the day and age we are in, good service deserves a shout out.”
