Starbucks

Great crew at this Starbucks! Their workday morning rush hours run so quickly & smoothly! We order ahead, leave home in VA & it takes about 10 minutes before we pick up in Anna. Always ready with smiles & cheerful good morning greetings! This particular store seems to have a great inventory system too because they are never out of our favorites! Love this Starbucks. I usually do mobile orders, but we sat inside today per my four year old daughter’s request for a “girls date”. Everyone was really sweet and helpful including the manager. Just one employee lacked in professionalism, she (Ave) was a little loud and I could hear her conversations including the one she had with an employee about accidentally walking in on my daughter in the bathroom 😅 She also interrupted another employee to answer a question I had asked him and he had already answered sufficiently.
I did let the manager know and he was really receptive to the feedback. I trust he will further coach her. Overall, a great experience. We will be back for our next girls date.
