Scott's estimate for the bathroom remodel came in within my anticipated budget. When excavating the old flooring and shower revealed more damage to the subfloor and studs, the additional expense was quite reasonable. Tear out of the old work, installation of new subfloor, repaired studs, new tub, vanity and tiling of floor and shower walls were all performed to our satisfaction.

Scott and team do a wonderful job. Never fun to deal with a new roof, but Scott is professional and finishes on time at budget.

Scott was fantastic during the whole process. Our roof was replaced in a day and the guys onsite did a fantastic job getting everything installed and cleaned up after the job was done. Roof looks great, deck staining looks fantastic and solar panels have been a great addition to the home. Thanks Scott!

I recently hired Appliant to complete a massive project on the exterior of my house. Scott and his crew were extremely professional and they were readily available throughout the life of the project. My project consisted of replacing all fascia with Hardie board, roofing repairs, painting entire house, and installing gutters with downspouts. I would recommend this contractor to anyone that is looking to perform (any) home projects that you can think of.
