“My mother is in Memory Care at Settlers Ridge. My first contact was Travis who has always been available for any questions I have and provided me excellent service. Carl, responsible for any repairs or room decorations, has helped me make moms room look more like home. He is awesome! Honestly anyone I have talked to in office staff has been helpful. I feel my mom is getting good care, nursing staff is caring, the facility is clean and I really like the people she is living with. There are 2 bunnies in the court yard, everyone has a picture and name up for display and there is even a touch/activity wall. I would highly recommend this facility.”

The work quality is top notch and I recommend them to everyone. The quality of service comes from the top down. On one occasion the owner Austin personally came to our place on the weekend (outside of their published business hours) to help us with an urgent water issue. It turned out the issue wasn’t even plumbing related, it was HVAC and he was still so helpful in getting us a resolution. I could go on and on and have more than one example of times they have gone above and beyond for us and others in the community. This kind of service is hard to find. Worth every penny. HUGE with SO MANY SELECTIONS, plus ice cream and a lovely selection of a la carte confections (truffles, caramels, chocolates, etc). I had a scoop of chocolate chip mint in a plain waffle cone, YUMMMM! 😍 I also bought 3 truffles: Over the Top, Key Lime Pie, & Salted Caramel to share. Abigail is super friendly and helpful. I love that they also have indoor seating!! OH! And outside there have 4 vintage coin operated mechanical riding toys!! SUPERB!!
