So happy to be a consistent client here! The environment is a place you want to be to feel good, and my daughter loves coming with me too. Their little play area is sweet and inviting — the staff and all the doctors are so genuine. I’m excited to continue going to improve my body externally and internally! Would recommend to anyone.

True Light is truly transformational! Our family (myself, wife and oldest daughter) have been clients for over a year now. The care and kindness the office staff show is truly best in class. The Dr's are caring and patient with each adjustment and really attentive to the overall care of each patient. I cannot recommend True Light enough. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and caring. The office is so calming and beautiful. When I first stepped into True Light I was at one of the lowest points in my life. I was dealing with constant pain and depression due to CRPS in my left hand. Right after my first session I noticed a change. I feel like a new person! True Light has been a game changer not just for me, but for my family because now that my pain has improved I’m able to be a better version of myself for my family and friends.

I have been coming to True Light weekly for almost two years now. When I say that it has helped improve the quality of my life, I REALLY mean it! They have helped me take my life back and I feel wonderful!
I never had any experience with a chiropractor (quite honestly, I was a bit of a skeptic and the thought of letting someone “crack” my neck scared me) but I was suffering with awful headaches literally almost everyday of my life. I was tired of taking Tylenol and having to tell my kids that mom needed a nap before I played with them because my head was hurting too bad.
My husband kept encouraging me to try out a chiropractor and I kept hearing from others that it “changed their life”, so I did some research, found True Light, and scheduled my first appointment. Every single staff member was so kind and made me feel like family from the moment I walked in the door and I was almost sad to leave! I loved how they did different scans and how passionate Dr. Colton was about the nerdy side of chiropractic care. It made me confident that they really knew what they were doing (I was nervous, remember?) and I think they were more excited about my first adjustment than I was!
I now look forward to every Thursday because I know I get to walk into a safe place that truly cares about me and I leave feeling GREAT! And you know what the best part is? It is rare for me to ever have a headache, I am present for my kids, I have more energy, and while I’m working out, my body isn’t screaming at me anymore! True Light has been such a blessing!!
