I have been using Rasor for years. I have had to make a couple of home claims and they have always been extremely helpful. From ownership through the whole team they are great people. Donna usually helps me and she is super responsive. I would highly recommend them for any insurance needs.

When we moved to a new city, I had never worked with an independent agent, always one of the national brands. Honestly, I was under the wrong impression and thought independent agents had inferior carriers. I talked to Donna at Rasor Insurance, a local hometown agent and learned the power and benefits of an independent agent by having choices from multiple quality carriers. Recently, Donna again showed me the benefit when she let me know that my rates would be increasing with my current carrier and she had already found a better rate with another good carrier. She did this before renewal time and showed me that she was proactively looking out for my best interest. I highly recommend Rasor Insurance for ALL your insurance needs. They not only have our personal policies but cover all the needs of our business. I have great confidence that they are always looking out to make sure we have the protection we need.

Every time I have contacted Rasor for customer service issues, every one of their reps has been absolutely outstanding - with LIGHTNING QUICK responses. None of those "Let me look into it and get back to you later today." All issues are handled in less than five minutes, and the reps are all very nice, with NO attitudes! I couldn't be happier!

Rasor Insurance worked to save our family money! We bundle our home and car insurance through them and they were able to bring our monthly insurance payment down! They are also very responsive and helpful! We have been with them for about 20 years!

Absolutely amazing customer service. This is my dad's insurance company. He is elderly so I help him out with a lot of things like this. I called to ask them if they could send him an updated insurance card. Christina was incredibly polite and pleasant. Not only did she work with me to send it right away, they had already sent it, although she didn't know that at the time, haha. The moment it was discovered the card had been sent, She emailed me to let me know it had been sent out the morning before and she a copy of the insurance card just in case.
