(June 1, 2023, 11:57 pm)I've been here twice now and both times were great experiences! The entire staff is female which is nice for some people to feel more comfortable. Any interaction I've had has been pleasant and helpful. They walk you through the whole process and make you feel so comfortable through the entire appointment. I'm taking my daughter there tomorrow for her second lobe piercing because I know she'll be put at ease and I can trust the care they put into their work.
(February 25, 2023, 4:18 pm)Gabbi did my double helix, and she was the sweetest person. She and the whole crew did a great job considering they were short-staffed and could still check people in and get my ear pierced quickly. The vibe is also just welcoming and amazing worth going here.
(February 18, 2023, 10:25 pm)3 of us went to The Pin Cushion for 3 different kinds piercings. It was clean, professional, super easy and way less painful than expected. I highly recommend. They were knowledgeable, explained the process and made it super easy.

(December 28, 2022, 12:46 am)So glad they opened this location!! Takes appointments which is so nice because Frisco location is wayyyy too busy and chaotic for me with their walk-ins only. Interior looks great, too. Prices are definitely decent compared to other tattoo/piercing places for sure. I had Alex and she was the sweetest!! Got my second lobes done with her and she was such a joy to talk with.
